Mrs. Lancie Elder
Hello Highland Staff, Students, and Families. My name is Lancie Elder and I am the Assistant Principal. My job is to support teachers with current researched-based instructional practices and to ensure all students achieve academic success. This is my 16th year in education but my 3rd year as Assistant Principal. I love working at Highland Elementary. We have the best staff, students, and families!
I have a very supportive husband, Tim Elder, and we have 3 wonderful children, Cody (23 yrs old), Lexi (8 yrs old) and Miya (6 yrs. old). I love reading a variety of books, being outdoors, and spending time with my family and friends. In the summer you will find me camping, boating, and gardening.
I am looking forward to another great year at Highland Elementary. My home away from home…my extended family. We can…We will…because We are Highland!!
